NZF Terms & Conditions

1. Privacy:

In providing this information for the purposes of a Club, Federation or NZF registration, I consent to its collection, use and disclosure for all purposes related to my membership. I understand that this includes:

  • Maintaining membership registration and eligibility records and including meeting the requirements of the Incorporated Societies 1908;
  • Providing statistical data only, excluding all specific personal information; to SPARC, funding agencies and commercial partners
  • Providing relevant information to me as set out in clause 3 below; and
  • All other football related purposes The information will be available to my team, Club, relevant Federation and NZ Football for the above purposes. The information will be held by NZ Football Inc at its offices at Lion Foundation House, North Harbour Stadium, Oteha Valley Road, Albany, Auckland. I acknowledge my rights of access to, and correction of, this information. This consent is given in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993.


2. Code of Conduct:

I agree to abide by the NZ Football Code of Conduct and acknowledge that any breach of the code of conduct, or any part of it, may result in disciplinary action under the NZ Football constitution, regulations, and policies.


3. Correspondence:

  • In registering with a NZF affiliated club, I hereby consent to the receipt of commercial electronic messages, in accordance with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007, from my team, club, federation and NZ Football in relation to football matters, players, the administration of the game, and football related events that may interest me.
  • If I have indicated my consent below, I further consent to the receipt of commercial electronic messages, in accordance with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007, initiated from my club, federation or NZ Football acting in conjunction with commercial partners and/or affiliated organisations advising of special offers, promotions or product information that may interest me.
