13 th Grade / Youth Football

The focus for this age group is to provide opportunities for players who would like more footballingactivity with an environment that encompasses training and competition, while still promoting theenjoyment of the game.

We are entering teams in the following grades for the 2024 season:

• U13 Mixed
  
• U13-14 Girls
  
• U15-16 Girls
  

The grade you register your child in is the age they will turn in 2024 (14 years old in 2024 will be 14 thgrade). Depending on numbers there may be slight changes to this but we will let you know afterregistration.

Selection

The youth teams are selected based on prior knowledge of players and team from previous yearsand requests to play with friends. Our convenors do their best to find the most suitable team for players.

Training & Game Day

Community youth teams have weekly team trainings and play in the NRF Community YouthLeague. Games are normally held on a Saturday at 11am or 12pm and are played either at home(Mangere Mountain) or away against other Central and South Auckland clubs.

• 60-minute games – 30 mins halves with 5 min half time

Dates

The season starts on Saturday 27 April 2024 and will continue until the 21st of September. Gameswill be scheduled for each Saturday except on 1 June (KBD weekend) and 13 July (school holidays).

Fees

The fee for the 2024 winter season for U13 to U19 grades is $170.
