Onehunga Mangere United respects the privacy of all our members and is committed to safeguarding the personal information which our members provide to us. Onehunga Mangere United is subject to the requirements of the Information Privacy Principles which are contained in the Privacy Act 1993.

This policy outlines how Onehunga Mangere United will handle and manage personal information that we collect about our members. We collect this information online through Sporty and through paper copies of registration forms provided to us.

We will distribute the information in the following ways:

• Contact details for all members will be held by the convenors for each age group
• Contact details for a team will be forwarded to the coach and manager
• Names only will be displayed on the walls at muster
• Statistical data only, excluding specific personal information, is provided to SPARC, funding agencies and commercial partners
• Contact details for all members is available to the administration team at the club, Auckland Football Federation and NZ Football
